Axis represents clients in civil rights matters spanning multiple practice areas. We are involved in a variety of matters including constitutional and civil rights engagements. We represent clients in First Amendment / free speech proceedings, including SLAPP and anti-SLAPP challenges. We also represent clients in matters involving violations of California’s Ralph Act, Bane Act, and Unruh Act, which protect individuals from discrimination, coercion, force, and intimidation.
We also represent clients who have been the victims of federal violations of their constitutional rights under the Fourth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments.
