“Jersey Shore” reality TV star Michael “The Situation” Sorrentino and his brother, Marc, are being sued by their lawyer for failure to pay. Wolfe Law Miami, which performed legal work for the brothers and their companies, MPS Entertainment LLC and BTC Middletown LLC, filed a lawsuit in Miami-Dade County, Florida, June 26 alleging the firm is owed $29,175.20 for legal services rendered between 2009 and 2013. The suit also seeks reimbursement for two bounced checks, one dated March 25, 2014, from Michael Sorrentino, and another May 1, 2014, from BTC Middletown signed by Marc Sorrentino. Both checks were for $2,000, according to the court documents. Michael Sorrentino stopped payment on the one check shortly after he issued it, and the other one was returned for insufficient funds, the suit said.
